Bought online and changed your mind? You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Fill in this form and press “Confirm withdrawal” — your withdrawal is valid from the moment we receive it. You then have 14 more days to send the items back; return postage for a change of mind is paid by you.
