General terms of sale template for an EU/Belgian B2C store. Review with a legal professional before going live.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all sales made through this website by ChiqMode ("we") to consumers. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order. The total payable is displayed at checkout.

3. Orders & contract

A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g. stock or pricing errors), in which case any payment is refunded.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment provider. We accept the methods shown at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times and costs are shown before you order — see our Shipping page.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Returns & Refunds page for how to exercise it.

7. Legal guarantee

Products benefit from the legal conformity guarantee provided under Belgian and EU law (a minimum of 2 years for new goods).

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death, personal injury, or our intentional fault).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. Disputes may be submitted to the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
