Where we ship

We currently ship to Belgium and selected EU countries. The available destinations and exact delivery costs are shown at checkout based on your address.

Carriers & options

• Home delivery — delivered to your address by bpost.
• Pickup point — collect from a bpost pickup point or parcel locker.

Delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Belgium usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch; other EU destinations may take longer. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the option and destination and are shown (VAT included) before you confirm your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
