14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you indicate) take physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement — email [returns@chiqmode.com] with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form but it is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the goods

• Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you withdraw.
• Items should be unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached.

Refunds

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back (or proof of return). Refunds are made to your original payment method at no cost to you. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Exceptions

Certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where allowed by law (e.g. sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, or items made to your specifications). Any such exclusions are indicated on the product page.

Legal guarantee

Separately from the right of withdrawal, faulty or non-conforming items are covered by the legal guarantee (minimum 2 years for new goods). Contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.
